Walk the current operator journey: Research → Plan → Execute → Review → Ship. Surfaces below are contract-faithful previews from the Offline Runtime shell, shown with synthetic project data.
FoldEngine does not mutate source autonomously. Source changes occur only through explicit admission, authorization, bounded application, validation, and a source-state receipt. Commit, push, merge, deploy, and release remain outside autonomous authority.

Operator journey
1. Research
Project Home shows posture, attention items, and the next governed action. Operators gather context and uncertainty before Plan admission.
Authority remains with the operator. Orientation does not dispatch Workcells or mutate source.
2. Plan
Objective Discovery separates operator statements, evidence, inferences, and model proposals. Confirmation is required before admission. Objective Discovery is the gate into Plan.
Authority remains with the operator. Model interpretation does not become authority automatically.
3. Execute
Workcells run bounded methods and capture evidence. Nebula coordinates related Workcells with dependency gates and an executable frontier. It is not an autonomous scheduler.
Authority remains with the operator. Not every Workcell produces a code change. Blocked members can require human decision.
4. Review
Review inspects receipts, validation, consequences, and candidate decisions before any authorized application.
Authority remains with the operator. FoldEngine supports review. It does not approve work.
5. Ship
Governed Apply runs only after admission and authorization, then validates and records a source-state receipt. Project Checkpoints accept project state and continuation readiness.
