Stability Ledger sample

A private evidence trail across repeated probes.

This static sample uses fake/internal/sample data only. Each delivered report becomes a ledger entry after delivery approval; a Stability Ledger is the project's running history across those entries. It records the progression over time: what was checked, what recommendations emerged, what decision receipt applied, what is waiting on review, and what evidence moved the state.

The sample is not an interactive account area, not a promise of unattended delivery, and not a publication of real client work.

Timeline Entries

  1. Baseline

Entry 0 - Free First Probe baseline

Fit-check found a public repo surface, incomplete runtime evidence, and a likely route to AI Code Stability.

    View Entry 0 sample

  2. Diagnostic

Entry 1 - AI Code Stability review

Report found generated-code seams: shallow tests, unclear deployment path, and dependency assumptions that needed owner review.

  3. Diagnostic

Append sample - Paid Trial Diagnostic

A governed diagnostic can add supported findings, evidence gaps, seam status, and the next stabilizing move to the private continuity record.

  4. Watch

Entry 2 - Dependency Watch cycle

Recheck showed one dependency updated, one migration pressure signal unchanged, and one new support risk to watch next quarter.

What Changed Since Last Entry

  • One package moved from unknown support posture to documented migration path.
  • Deployment proof remains missing, so the readiness claim is still bounded.
  • Owner review confirmed the target surface remains the prototype API, not the whole repo.

Seam Closure Map

Improved Dependency inventory now names the active SDK path.

Unresolved Runtime proof still needs a repeatable local command or hosted evidence.

New watch item Auth configuration remains sample-like and should not be treated as production-ready.

Next Recommended Move

Run a Closure Verification pass after the owner adds a repeatable runtime check and updates the dependency notes. The goal is to see whether the deployment-readiness seam closes, moves, or still needs rerun.

Evidence Trail / private fingerprints

Each entry keeps a private fingerprint of the prior entry and delivered artifact, so future probes can compare against the exact previous result.
