PASR Local · use case
Operator Console Action Gate
Dry-run operator interventions before they proceed. Before a human operator triggers an intervention, PASR creates a dry-run, checks readiness, and records the decision.
PASR Local is a local/offline pre-intervention stability gate. It checks proposed interventions before they affect a user, interface, simulator, adapter, workflow, or future physical actuator path. The current package supports bounded HOST_UI_EVENT, SIMULATED_EFFECT, and ADAPTER_PROPOSAL classes. Physical actuator execution remains outside the current package.
The problem today
An operator is about to restart a service, push a configuration change, send a system command, or trigger a workflow. Often there is no dry-run and no evidence trail before the operator console action executes.
The PASR moment
PASR is a pre-intervention stability gate: it sits in the moment before a proposed intervention becomes an action.

Example flow
An operator console action is proposed — restart a service, push config, send a system command, or trigger a workflow. PASR intercepts the operator console action, dry-runs it, checks readiness, and records the decision with evidence before execution.
What PASR produces
For each operator console action, PASR produces a bounded dry-run and evidence trail before anything runs:
- Dry-run receipt
- Blocker reason
- Evidence pack
- Human-readable readout
- Evaluator return packet
BLOCKED is expected in the default demo — the gate refusing to proceed when the intervention plane is not ready, working as designed.
What PASR is not
- PASR is not a compliance platform or cloud console. It is a local gate and evidence layer.
- No hardware execution in the current package.
- Not a certified safety controller; not safety-certified.
- No cloud dependency for local evaluation.
- No fake automation — it does not send email, upload, or deliver artifacts by itself.

PASR Local is available for bounded technical evaluation and guided pilot discussions. Delivery is manual while the product is in early evaluation.
